Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully brought to you by Vepler Ltd. (“us”, “we”, “our”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under the company number 13193131 of registration address 171-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

The Terms stated below are a contract between you and Vepler Ltd. and govern your access to and use of the Propbar browser extension and the Propbar website located at www.propbar.co.uk (each, "website"), and other software applications and online services provided by Vepler (collectively, the "service").

The Terms apply to every visitor of our website, all users of the service, and any others who have access to or use of our website or service.

By using any portion of the service you are agreeing to comply with the Terms &Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms you are not permitted to access or use our service.

Description of the service

The service is a browser extension used to enhance researching when using property portals. Propbar provides data on properties on property portals. The information provided by this browser extension is for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the extension, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

Subscription fee & renewals

Propbar Plus is accessed by paying a subscription. By subscribing to Propbar Plus, you agree to pay a subscription fee. This fee can be paid on an annual or monthly basis. This fee will automatically be charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, starting from the date you subscribe.

By using Propbar Plus after the introduction of the subscription fee, you acknowledge and accept the charges associated with the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Propbar Plus subscription at any time, whether it is monthly or annual. You will have access to Propbar Plus until the end of the billing cycle in the event of a cancellation. Please note that cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds or prorated reimbursements will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Fee Changes

Vepler Ltd. may, at any time and, in its sole discretion, modify subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current payment cycle.

Vepler Ltd. will provide you with reasonable notice of any change in subscription fees, giving you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before such a change becomes effective. Your continued use of our website after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the altered subscription amount.

No reliance on information

The content on our website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our extension. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our website, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our website is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

Property information & use of

Property data shown by Propbar such as, but not limited to sold prices, price reductions, equity values, and time on the market is gathered from publicly available sources, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect data provided. You have a responsibility to use provided data sensibly and in line with the Data Protection Act 1998/GDPR. You must be registered with the information commissioner’s office if you are to use or hold this data.

Data Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor all data served through our services. This is to ensure optimal performance, quality of service, and for the purpose of identifying and resolving any issues that may affect the user experience.

Data Usage Limits

Free users can serve up to (15) independent properties per calendar month. Users with an active Plus subscription can serve unlimited independent properties, with a soft cap of (200) properties per day.

Exceeding Soft Cap

If a premium user needs to exceed this soft cap, they must contact us explaining their requirement. We retain discretion to approve or deny these requests based on the impact on our service stability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Propbar browser extension will cease immediately.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Refunds

All payments to Vepler Ltd. are non-refundable, except when required by law.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Vepler Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purposes.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Vepler Ltd. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Linking to our website

You may link to our website provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our website must not be framed on any other website.
